# Manager role
**The manager role allows authors to delegate the management of monetization settings and products without giving access to their personal Telegram account.**\
Simply add a manager and choose which sections they will have access to. Managers can work with product settings, manage physical products orders, and handle other monetization tasks.

Currently, the manager role is available for managing physical products, subscriptions ans donations.

### How to Add a New Manager:
1. Go to the "Managers" section.
2. Add a name for your account.
* Use your brand or channel name to make it easier for the manager to navigate the list.
* Click "Save."
3. Click "Add Manager."
4. Assign access rights:
* After adding a manager, you'll see a list of available products and sections that you can give access to: subscriptions, donations, physical products, etc.
* Click "Grant Full Access" to give access to all features at once.
* If you need to provide partial access, manually select the relevant sections and click "Save."
You can remove a manager's access at any time through the same section.
5. Click "Copy Link" and send it to your manager.
6\. Go to the Tribute bot and approve the manager’s request to manage the channel.
7\. That’s it!
